1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: Personalized items (if applicable) may take 5–7 business days to process.
  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)

  • Free Shipping:
    • All U.S. orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping (3–7 business days via USPS or UPS).
  • Flat Rate Shipping:
    • Orders under $50: **$8.95** for standard shipping (3–7 business days).
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • 2–3 business days: $15.95 (via UPS/FedEx).
    • Overnight: $25.95 (available for select zip codes).
  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses:
    • We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for these addresses.

3. International Shipping

  • Countries We Ship To:
    • We ship to most countries worldwide, excluding restricted regions (contact us for exceptions).
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping method:
      • Canada: $12–$25 (5–10 business days).
      • Europe: $15–$30 (7–14 business days).
      • Australia/New Zealand: $20–$35 (8–16 business days).
      • Rest of World: $25–$40 (10–20 business days).
  • Customs & Duties:
    • Import taxes, VAT, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Check your country’s policies before ordering.
    • Delivery may be delayed by customs processing (allow 3–7 extra days).

4. Shipping Carriers

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected for efficiency).
  • International Orders: Shipped via DHL, UPS, or FedEx for tracking and reliability.
  • No Pickup Option: We do not offer in-store pickup; all orders are shipped directly.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: A unique tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Use it to monitor your package on the carrier’s website.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, contact us within 5 business days for assistance.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

    • We’ll arrange a replacement, full refund, or store credit at your request.

7. Address Changes

  • Return Shipping Costs:
